If you activate any other effects or Normal Summon or Set a monster during your Main Phase 1, you cannot activate 'Cold Wave'. The Ignition-like effects of Continuous Spell or Trap Cards like 'Blaze Accelerator' cannot be activated while 'Cold Wave's' effect is applied. The Trigger Effects of Spell and Trap Cards, like 'Begone, Knave!' or 'Card of Safe Return', cannot activate while 'Cold Wave's' effect is applied. [Re: Destiny Board] 'Cold Wave' will prevent the effect of 'Destiny Board' to bring a Spirit Message to the field for the turn 'Cold Wave' is activated. [Re: Spiritualism] 'Spiritualism' cannot be activated if it is declared with 'Prohibition' or while the effect of 'Cold Wave' is being applied.
